WHAT IS INCLUSIVE ACCESS
Digital Course Materials delivered directly to you through Blackboard for a discounted price.
Inclusive Access content varies between eBooks and Access Codes. To be able to determine if your materials is an eBook or an Access Code, the description on our website will state either Inclusive eBook or Inclusive Code.
Inclusive eBooks is an interacitve digital version of the textbooks. The interactive digital version offers highlighting, note taking, word search and study tools.
Inclusive Code is an Access Code, which includes your eBook and required materials for your course including homework assignment.

A discounted textbook fee is added into your account with your course and available through Blackboard on the first class day.

PRINT OPTIONS
Several of the Inclusive Access courses offer a discounted binder edition as a print upgrade, ranging in price between $20 and $50. Students are only eligible to purchase the discounted binder edition if they do not Opt Out of their Inclusive Access content. If a discounted binder edition is available, it will be listed on our textbook website as a Print Upgrade.
If a discounted binder edition is not available, the printed textbook will be listed as a substitution.
Discounted binder editions for the most part are not available for Inclusive eBooks. Most Inclusive Access Codes will have a discounted binder edition available.
HOW DO I OPT OUT?
You may opt out of purchasing your Inclusive Access content through the Census date, directly within Blackboard. A credit will be posted to your student account within 5 business days of census and a refund* will be issued as soon as possible. (For questions on your refund status, please wait 7 business days from the census date, and then you may contact the Business Office at businessofc@ntcc.edu)
By Opting out of your Inclusive Access content, you will lose access to your course materials and in several cases the ability to submit your homework assignments. Before opting out it is Highly Encouraged, you have already procured the required materials for your course.
A note from your instructor:
"The Courses materials are required for your class and are essential in your success!"
Once, you have successfully opted out you should see the below message on your Blackboard course material's site:
"You are currently opted out of the required materials for this course..."

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are receiving an Error screen when clicking on the link in Blackboard, try using a different web browser, Google Chrome is highly recommended.

If you have accessed your Inclusive Access Code, and you are, having a problem on the publisher website (McGraw � Connect Codes, Cengage � MindTap & WebAssign Codes, Pearson � MyLabs & Mastering) you will need to contact Technical Support with these vendors:
