Shipping Policies

Northeast Texas Community College Store is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Product Returns and Exchange Policy

All Returns and Exchanges MUST be accompanied with a CASH REGISTER RECEIPT.

New books must be in absolutely new condition, with no writing, markings or highlighting. Books in shrink-wrap must be in the original packaging. Check with the professor and make sure the book is correct before removing the shrink-wrap or writing in your book.

Textbook returns and exchanges will be accepted with a cash register receipt during the first 5 days of the Fall and Spring semesters, during the first 3 days of the Fast-Track and Intersession semesters, and during the first 4 days of Summer I and Summer II semesters.

General merchandise may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase or exchanged within one week of purchase date. Merchandise must be in the original, unopened package.

All merchandise or textbooks must be in the same condition as when purchased for any refunds or exchanges.

Special book orders and reference materials are non-refundable.
